Scoreboard Elements

Live Score Hockey features the following list of elements that are supported in our scoreboard layouts to provide a full working hockey scoreboard and experience:

Goals

Goals for both teams

Game Time

Increasing and Decreasing Clock for all periods. Separately adjustable for regular periods and overtime

Power Play

Indicator of power play situation incl. dynamic text like "5 ON 4", "3 ON 4", ...

Empty Net

Independent Empty Net indicators for both teams.

GOAL Display

Goal Indicators with customizable text.

Delayed Penalty

Show delayed penalties for both teams.

Day Time

No time for the game clock? Don't panic! Just show the time of the day.

Intermission Clock

Show separate intermission layouts and clocks during breaks.

Shots

Goal shot counts for both teams

Periods

3 regular periods and 2 overtime periods

Penalties

Intelligent penalty displays and player numbers for up to 4 players of each team

Audio Support

Audio support for buzzers when time runs out

Game Winning Shots

Separate Shootout Controls and Scoreboard for intense game endings.

Timeout Display

Separate displays for timeouts of both teams.

Europe Mode

Switch home and away teams in sports controls for better internationalization.

Available Scoreboards

The Standard Edition of Live Score contains different scoreboard layouts, that provide all features and optional color adjustments.

  • Scoreboard #1

    Scoreboard 1 is the default modern and glossy scoreboard. It contains goals, periods and a time display. The basic colors can be adjusted for your team colors.
  • Scoreboard #2

    This scoreboard is built with a long and dark layout. Teams are located on both ends of the scoreboard. The layout is extended with a Main Image in the middle and 2 images for both teams. Colors are integrated with thin lines around the shapes of the layout. Team images have a basic size of 27 x 25. The main image is 60 x 45.
  • Scoreboard #3

    This scoreboard is a basic setup for a big on-field LED screen. It has a full screen layout with details about goals, periods, game clock and shot counts for both teams. The Game Clock is located in the top center of the scoreboard. Text Color adjustments are possible by using all available color settings.
  • Scoreboard #4

    Scoreboard 4 is a brand new layout with a fresh new style. It contains all traditional elements like teams, goals, period time, and dynamic display of powerplay indicators and penalty times. Placed on top or at the bottom of your stream, this scoreboard gives you a fantastic and modern look for your production.
  • Scoreboard #5

    Scoreboard 5 is a new flat scoreboard layout. It has displays for period, time, scores, power play, penalties, empty net. It is perfect if you need a long and thin scoreboard that fits smoothly without disturbing the main view. Team images have a basic size of 50 x 38.
  • Scoreboard #6

    Scoreboard 6 is a great modern TV sports scoreboard. It has all necessary elements that can be shown in the layout. The scoreboard can be perfectly integrated on top or bottom of your screen. It can be used as a wide but also smaller layout by toggling the optional elements.The Main Image has a basic size of 108 x 40.
  • Scoreboard Shootout #1

    Scoreboard Shootout #1 is the first shootout layout for game winning shots. It display the full team names along with up to 10 possible rounds. This should definitely get you to a great end.
  • Scoreboard #8

Custom Scoreboards

You can create your own custom scoreboard layouts and load it into your Live Score software.
If you're using the Standard Edition of Live Score you can load the layout, but it will show that you're using a demo version when going live. Customers with a Professional Edition can use custom scoreboards without limitations.

Remote Controls

Our Remote Controls allow you to change all available elements from your iPad and/or iPhone.
The iPad version contains a scoreboard in the top left corner where you can see all of your data.

The iPhone version uses a Panorama View that can either be swiped or changed with the tab control on top of the screen. Each view of the panorama covers a specific topic, so you have everything on your screen when you're controlling specific parts of your scoreboard.




Built-In Controls

The built-in sport controls are the perfect companion if you don't have an iOS device, or if just want to have a secure control layout, that is not bound to a local network. This type of control triggers all actions directly within your application and makes sure that no wireless interference prevent you from using your scoreboard.
Built-In controls can be operated alone or in combination with your iOS Remote Controls.

Automatic Control Mode

The Automatic Mode helps you with updating the scoreboard depending on the current situation and step of your sport/game.
It's less work for a better experience!
Here's an overview about Live Score Hockey and its Automatic Control Mode features:

Hockey Automatic Control Features:
Increase Period             
Game Time will be stopped and reset.
Decrease Period            
Game Time will be stopped and reset.

Increase Score Away      
Game Time will be stopped.

Increase Score Home     
Game Time will be stopped.



Web Widgets

Web Widgets can be embedded on any of your websites.
If you enable the FTP feature of Live Score, your Web Widgets will be automatically updated when you use your remote controls to update your scoreboard.

The Standard Web Widget that can be exported from Live Score contains the following data:


  • WARMUP, PERIOD and FINAL display
  • GOALS
  • GAME TIME display
  • LIVE indicator
